Spencer Alpert holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. A licensed attorney for over 33 years, Mr. Alpert has a background in dealmaking, land development and entitlement processes, and a specialized interest in large scale urban and sustainable development. He has served as a guest lecturer, juror and panelist at several leading universities, including the University of Miami and John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

With experience in a variety of complex projects, Mr. Alpert is able to bring added value to each phase of the development process, from project formulation, feasibility, due diligence and financing to municipal interface, oversight of professional service providers, workouts and disposition strategies.
